WRITING DEEPLY

A Master Class in creative writing/poetry open to all levels in the community, student to professional, in honor of the Stanley Kunitz Symposium, Worcester, MA.

It has been said that Stanley Kunitz was a good poet until the age of 70, and a great poet after that.

In this hands-on workshop we will approximate trying to write about some of the great poetic themes. The goal is to better understand the lifelong commitment of Kunitz, as well as to make some progress toward our own poetic journeys. Be prepared to work hard, try a few things, love it, and come away with renewed appreciation of the creative process.

This Workshop is FREE - all are welcome!
